RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man is dead after police say he was shot on Federal Street in Gilpin Court in Richmond’s Northside.
According to the Richmond Police Department, officers responded to the 100 block of West Federal Street at around 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 25 for a report of a shooting. When they got there, they found a man who had been shot, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
