Lanes were closed on I-95 North in Chesterfield due to brush fire

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — Lanes were closed on Interstate 95 North in Chesterfield due to a brush fire, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT).

On Saturday, Jan. 27 at around 4:54 p.m., the north right lane and right shoulder were closed on I-95 near the ramp from Exit 62 due to a brush fire.

According to VDOT, drivers expected delays.

At around 5 p.m., the scene was cleared and lanes were reopened to traffic.
