NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk police are investigating a single-vehicle crash that left a man dead.
It happened Saturday just before 10 p.m. on the 8500 block of Chesapeake Boulevard.
The driver has been identified as 23-year-old Jeffery Pleasant of Richmond. Pleasant was taken to the hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Police said a passenger in the car also suffered minor injuries.
The crash is still under investigation by police.
