COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. (WWBT) – The Colonial Heights Police Department one person has been arrested and charged after a shooting on Friday outside a business. A second suspect remains on the run. Police say the shooting happened in the parking lot following an argument at Cal’s at 101 Boulevard.
