Driver crashes into front of eastern Henrico business

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A driver crashed into the storefront of a business in eastern Henrico County Thursday morning, according to police.

At 10:47 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15, officers with the Henrico County Police Division responded to a business along the 5100 block of Nine Mile Road for a report of a vehicle crash.

Once on scene, officers found that a driver had crashed into the front of a business. No injuries were reported and a Henrico County building inspector was notified.

Police said a “preliminary investigation shows that the crash was caused by driver error,” but that no charges have been filed.

A police spokesperson would not specify which business the vehicle crashed into.
