RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Police at Virginia Commonwealth University are looking for a suspect accused of choking someone in a bathroom on campus Wednesday. According to an alert from VCU Police, officers received an anonymous report of an aggravated assault at the Cabell Library on VCU’s Monroe Park Campus.
