Police: Man hid Target merchandise in coat, left without paying in Chesterfield

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield County Police Department is trying to identify a suspect believed to have stolen merchandise from a Chesterfield Target.

Surveillance footage from the morning of Thursday, Feb. 15, shows him leaving the Target located at 2530 Weir Rd. in the Chester area.

According to police, he did so without paying for items concealed in his jacket.

He was seen leaving the area on a GRTC bus.

Anyone with any information on this suspect or his whereabouts is asked to contact the Chesterfield County Police Department.
