A MCDONALD’S customer has shared their outrage after being charged for items they did not receive.

They say they’ve come to always expect “the bare minimum” from the fast food chain.

A disgruntled McDonald’s customer has taken to Twitter after a terrible experience at a restaurant in Virginia.

“I know to expect the bare minimum, but I didn’t even get that today at 1800 E Broad St in Richmond, VA,” they wrote.

“Missing my two hash browns AND got charged for extra syrup I DID NOT GET.”

They also added that the experienced “poor customer service” on top of all that.

McDonald’s jumped in to reply.

“Getting your order right is important to us,” the store wrote.

McDonald’s encouraged the unhappy customer to share more information so they could resolve the issues.

But this diner is not the only one with a fast food complaint.

“These McDonald’s prices are nuts, right?” wrote one on X.
