RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – A horse is a horse, of course, but one horse in Powhatan is also a survivor. The horse’s name is Shaq. He was rescued from a Powhatan barn fire earlier this year, but his injuries were severe, and many wondered whether the horse would even survive.
