RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond Police Department is investigating after a person was shot early Sunday morning.
In the early morning of Sunday, Aug. 11, officers responded to the 1200 block of St. James Street for the report of a person shot.
According to police, the person was transported to the hospital for treatment of their injuries. Information about the condition of the victim’s injuries was not available at the time of reporting.
Officials said more information about this incident is forthcoming.
