HOPEWELL, Va. (WWBT)-The city of Hopewell is hosting an exciting new three-day festival to celebrate its strength and uniqueness as a community. The first-ever Hopewell Rivers & Roads Festival will kick off on Friday, September 6th and will run through Sunday, September 8th at various locations throughout the City. These locations include the Hopewell City Marina, the Downtown Historic District, City Park, and Grant’s Headquarters at City Point.
