Lane closure on East Broad Street in Richmond to last over a month

RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The City of Richmond’s Department of Public Works has announced a lane closure on East Broad Street in Richmond that will last for almost two months.

According to DPW, beginning Thursday, Aug. 22 through Oct. 17 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the right lane of East Broad Street between the Interstate 95 offramp and North 12th street will be periodically closed.

DPW said the lane closure is due to contractors installing signs for the VCU Children’s Hospital.
