A career criminal in the Richmond area was sentenced to 27 years in prison for fentanyl distribution and being a felon in possession of a firearm earlier this month. Jason Dominic Coley, 38, of Henrico, has faced drug, gun and traffic charges dating back to 2014, according to an online court-records search.
