CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Chesterfield County Fair officials have changed some policies after multiple fights broke out on fairgrounds last weekend. No one under 18 is allowed in the fair past 6 p.m. unless accompanied by an adult over 21. These chaperones must show a valid, government-issued photo ID at the ticket booth. If the chaperone can’t show proof of age, they and their party will not be allowed in.
