Christ Church Parish (Episcopal) has a new priest in charge. The Rev. Randi Hicks Rowe began her tenure on Sept. 1. She is a native Virginian who grew up in Richmond. Her husband, Thomas K. Rowe Jr., is also a Richmond native who worked as a reporter and editor on the Middle Peninsula for about 20 years.
