CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – The LEGO Group is building its first U.S.-based manufacturing hub near Richmond, Va. The more than $1 billion project, which broke ground in late 2023, is being constructed on a 340-acre site by a joint venture between Lexington, Ky.-based Gray Construction and Richmond, Va.-based Hourigan. It will span 1.7 million square feet across 13 buildings in Meadowville Technology Park.
