RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) -The first quarter of the year hasn’t even finished yet, but it seems that new threats are reported to schools across the Commonwealth every day. On Tuesday, Sept. 10, a 13-year-old Chesterfield boy threatened to start shooting at school the next day on social media, and on Friday, he was taken into police custody.
