RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The Richmond Police Department says a man was found shot to death just before 7:15 a.m. Thursday in the 200 block of Richmond Highway. “Officers arrived and found an adult male down and unresponsive in a front yard of a structure,” police said. “He had suffered a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene.”
