RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The River City 3 Railers have set up their annual holiday train display at the Great Big Greenhouse and it’s their 11th year doing so. The “3″ in their name comes from the third rail in the middle of the track that supplies electric power to the trains. The club was formed in 2009 and has over 40 members.
