RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A man was sentenced to 14 years in prison for trafficking drugs from California to a hotel in Richmond.
According to court documents, 47-year-old Kirkville Virgo, also known as Mark Thomas, and another person shipped methamphetamine from California to a hotel in Richmond, allegedly for a person named “Christopher Jackson.”
