Henrico man sentenced to over a decade in prison for trafficking cocaine

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A Henrico County man was sentenced to over a decade in prison for trafficking at least three kilograms of cocaine.

On Friday, April 4, 55-year-old Gregg Louis Gamble of the Glen Allen area was sentenced to 12 years and seven months in prison for trafficking cocaine, as well as possessing firearms and ammunition as a previously convicted felon, according to the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ).

Per court documents, Gamble began his trafficking operation no later than summer 2023. From that time until Sept. 2024, he purchased “kilogram quantities” of cocaine from a North Carolina supplier and distributed it to buyers in Virginia…
