RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – We are expecting scattered strong to severe storms this afternoon and early evening in our region. The main threat with any of the stronger storms will be damaging wind gusts and large hail along with frequent lightning and locally heavy rain.
The Storm Prediction Center recently issued a SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WATCH for all of our 12 On Your Side viewing area until 9 p.m. Monday:
