PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — A 19-year-old man was arrested in connection with a Monday night double shooting in Petersburg.
The shooting took place just after 8 p.m. on Monday, June 30, near the 400 block of Ridgeview Lane, according to the Petersburg Bureau of Police.
