RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Nico Rivera, the man suspected of killing a Chesterfield man in Scott’s Addition last year, was arrested again on Thursday.
Court records show that Rivera violated his bond.
He’s accused of throwing a punch during a fight that knocked out Jacob Baldwin, who later died.
Rivera was granted a $150,000 bond in October. He was supposed to be on house arrest and was allowed to leave only to meet his attorney, attend court hearings and visit doctors…
