RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Richmond crews are out unclogging drains and updating signage ahead of more summer storms, but the Emergency Management team is also encouraging neighbors and businesses to be alert.
Two known problematic spots: Bainbridge Street in the city’s south side and Magnolia Street closer to the east end.
