RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — The Richmond community welcomed the “Waverly Two” with open arms as they celebrated their freedom through a brunch in the RVA community this weekend.
8News has followed the Waverly Two case closely after Terence Richardson and Ferrone Claiborne were arrested and charged after the 1998 murder of a Waverly officer.
