RRHA responds to claims of paying residents to attend Gilpin Court council meeting

RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the head of Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority admitted to hiring a firm to pay residents of Gilpin Court to attend a meeting.
