RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A suspect is in police custody following a chase by vehicle and then by foot after a traffic stop along Richmond Highway Wednesday morning.
At 5:33 p.m. on Wednesday, July 23, officers with the Richmond Police Department attempted to pull over a vehicle along the 3100 block of Richmond Higwhay.
Police said the vehicle did not stop and fled the scene…
