Megan Thee Stallion honors Chesterfield teen who created mental health resource boxes

CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – One box at a time, Mila Henry is changing the lives of thousands of girls struggling with mental health.

“The stuff I picked out was hand-picked for like things that helped me out,” Mila said.

The 14-year-old Chesterfield teenager is the founder of MH Boxes. With the help of her mom, Carissa, she fills the boxes with resources for girls ages 6 to 16 to push through the dark moments mental health challenges can bring.
