CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — The Chesterfield County Police Department is seeking a suspect who allegedly lifted a woman’s skirt at a store earlier in July.
According to police, the suspect followed a woman around a Hobby Lobby in Chester before approaching her and lifting her skirt on Monday, July 21.
The suspect, pictured below, can be seen wearing a dark blue T-shirt, black shorts, white socks and Vans.
