RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Under twinkling gazebo lights in his backyard, Michael Stigall plays his ukulele, a place providing peace and comfort during difficult moments in life.
In Dec. 2024, just five days before Christmas, Stigall had to go to urgent care.
