Richmond: AfroFest RVA 2025 coming soon. What we know

Celebrate African culture at AfroFest RVA 2025. All are welcome to attend the event with free admission. It returns to Richmond on September 6 and will be held at Pine Camp Cultural Arts and Community Center from noon – 7 p.m.

Lawn chairs are welcomed at this outdoor event with authentic African diaspora cuisine, artisans, music, fashion, shopping, sports and competitions, a Kidz Zone with bounce houses, a gaming bus, health screenings, dance performances, ladies motorcycle club, prizes, cultural activities for all ages, antique and unique car show, giveaways and more. Volunteer opportunities are available for this cultural celebration. A traditional libations ceremony will begin the day.
