RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Sherral Crawley, the troubled owner of No Limit Towing, was found guilty of issuing a bad check for less than $1,000 in Richmond on Wednesday.
The investigation into Crawley and her towing business began in December 2022, with the Richmond Police Department investigating claims that vehicles were being towed from unauthorized areas and customers were being overcharged.
