CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WWBT) – Virginia State Police issued a CODI Alert for a missing Chesterfield teenager.
Antonio Jefferson-Alfaro, 16, was last seen walking in the 4600 block of Cascade Street in Chesterfield around 7:45 p.m. on August 28.
