RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A woman with more than a dozen years of policy and advocacy experience has been chosen as Richmond’s new director of intergovernmental affairs.
Ruth Morrison will serve as the city’s new director of the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and facilitate partnership efforts with regional, state, and federal leaders, according to an Aug. 29 press release from the city.
