PETERSBURG, Va. (WWBT) – Sept. 1, 2023, will always be a painful reminder for Brenda Blackwell of the day her daughter, Sherrell Brown, went missing.
“I’m hurt, I’m still wondering, as many friends as my daughter has, why nobody has said anything?” said Blackwell.
The unknown weighs heavily on Blackwell as the search for her daughter continues nearly two years later.
“She’s very friendly, very outgoing, and nobody is saying anything,” she said. “Somebody knows something, and it hurts that they’re not doing this for her and her family, because she would’ve done that for them.”…
