34-year-old Richmond woman charged following alleged hit-and-run in Ashland

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 34-year-old Richmond woman is facing two charges after allegedly hitting a pedestrian and fleeing the scene in the town of Ashland in Hanover County in late August.

At 7:30 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 25, officers with the Ashland Police Department responded to the intersection of Route 1 and Ashcake Road for a crash involving a pedestrian.
