RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Drivers are advised to exercise caution or seek an alternative route during overnight hours on I-95 this week.
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will conduct nightly double lane closures on I-95 northbound near Route 161 (Arthur Ashe Boulevard) at mile marker 78.5 in Richmond, weather permitting, for a pipe replacement project.
