RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — Hundreds gather to celebrate food, culture and music at the annual Festival of India at the Richmond Convention Center.
The festival is set to take place from Saturday Sept. 13 to Sunday Sept. 14 from 11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
