Authorities in Virginia say they have so far arrested three adults accused of “organizing, instigating, and participating in” a large fight between juveniles over the summer, and one adult remains at large.
The New Kent County Sheriff’s Office said deputies responded to Richmond’s Woodhaven neighborhood during the “late summer” for a report of a large fight involving multiple juveniles. While several juveniles were charged and have their cases moving through New Kent Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court, the investigation also revealed four adults were allegedly involved.
Interviews with the juveniles and video evidence related to the incident pointed to three adult men and one adult woman who were allegedly “involved in organizing, instigating, and participating in assaults on juveniles, as well as engaging in disorderly conduct,” the sheriff’s office said…
