RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Harrison Street runs right through the heart of VCU with students walking from class to class, or biking like VCU sophomore Chris Beale.
“It’s crazy out here man, you just got to be vigilant. You just got to be riding as if everyone is just way dumber than you. You’re the smartest person the road, you just got to act like it, I guess,” Beale said.
