RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – After a rise in red-light violations and some serious crashes, Richmond is adding a new tool to make city streets safer.
At the end of the month, the City will begin installing red light cameras as a part of its Vision Zero initiative. The first ones are going up at 25th Street and East Main Street in Shockoe Bottom.
