RICHMOND, Va. — An 18-year-old was fatally shot in Richmond’s Mosby Court neighborhood Tuesday night, according to Richmond Police.
Officers were called to the 1500 block of Coalter Street for the report of a person down around 6 p.m. They found Khyrie Bright, 18, of Chester, on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
