Mayor Avula to Sign Vision Zero Pledge, Marking New Commitment to Safer Streets for Richmond Residents

On October 31, 2025, Mayor Avula and city leaders will meet at Main Street Station in Richmond to sign the Vision Zero Pledge. This event is a public step toward reducing traffic fatalities and serious injuries on city streets. Mayor Avula, city officials, and transportation safety advocates will speak at the event.
