VIRGINIA — A 53-year-old Richmond man is facing multiple charges after a man was found with several stab wounds in a Chesterfield parking lot early Tuesday morning.
According to the Chesterfield County Police Department, the incident occurred around 5:48 a.m. in the 15700 block of Woods Edge Road. When officers arrived, they found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds.
Investigators said the suspect, identified as John G. Watkins, allegedly stabbed the victim, stole his vehicle, and then crashed into another vehicle before fleeing the scene. No one was injured in the crash…
