RICHMOND, Va. (WRIC) — A 36-year-old man was shot and killed outside of a Richmond church Wednesday afternoon.
Just before 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 29, officers with the Richmond Police Department were called to Fifth Baptist Church, located in the 1400 block of West Cary Street, for a report of a person shot.
