RICHMOND, Va. — Tonight will be cold again with lows in the 30s to around 40. The coldest outlying areas will dip into the low and mid 30s.
Clocks turn back one hour at 2 a.m. Sunday to Eastern Standard Time.
Sunday will have sunshine with increasing clouds during the afternoon. Highs will be in the low to mid 60s. A disturbance passing to our southeast Sunday night into early Monday will bring some showers to the region. The showers should be gone by midday, with brightening skies during the afternoon.
The rest of the week will be dry with highs in the 60s, but some spots will hit the low 70s on Wednesday before a cold front moves through Wednesday night…
