ICE Arrests Individuals with Violent Criminal Records in Loudon, Richmond, Chesterfield, and Suffolk

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers recently arrested several individuals with criminal histories in Virginia. The Department of Homeland Security announced the arrests on October 28, 2025. The operation focused on people involved in crimes such as sexual assault, drug trafficking, and violent offenses. Arrests took place in Loudon County, Richmond, Chesterfield County, and Suffolk.

Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin stated that these arrests show the impact of current border and immigration policies. She said the administration remains committed to enforcing immigration laws and public safety.

Those arrested include Adolfo Flores Ramirez from El Salvador, Harvin Francisco Rivera-Diaz from Nicaragua, Shannovan Emeil Facey from Jamaica, Elvin Tiburcio Mirambeaux from the Dominican Republic, and two Guatemalan nationals, Westher Antonio Jacobo Morales and Daniel Soc-Patzan.
