RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – The Richmond Police Department is investigating the vandalism of 59 vehicles across two downtown parking garages over two consecutive days.
Amanda Biggs was among those who found her car window smashed Thursday morning at the Atrium Lofts at Cold Storage parking garage off North 18th Street.
“It’s literally like car, car, car, car, car hit nonstop,” Biggs said. “My car window is busted. Not only my car but my driver side window. It’s winter, it’s thirty degrees out, we just had snow last week, now I have to call out of work.”…
