A holiday partnership is offering local residents $15 Uber credits valid this coming weekend, as a way to help reduce the risk of drunk and impaired driving during one of the most dangerous times of year on Virginia’s roads.
In recognition of December as Impaired Driving Prevention Month, the Virginia Restaurant, Lodging & Travel Association and Responsibility.org are teaming up to provide the Uber ride credits to help adults get home safely after a night out.
The vouchers will be valid nightly from between 4 p.m., Friday, Dec. 19 and 3 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 21, for rides that either originate or end within Richmond city limits…
